This is a one and half hour free clinic available to all City of Cartersville residents and is suitable for girls and boys K-8 who are interested in trying out lacrosse for the first time. Players will be divided into groups by age and gender as appropriate to ensure that all participants get the most benefit from the experience. Training will be focused on introducing players to the fundamental skills of lacrosse including: passing, catching, cradling, scooping, and shooting the ball. Equipment will be provided for the event. Players are encouraged to wear cleats or sneakers and bring a water bottle.
Our camp counselors are all registered US Lacrosse coaches and a certified athletic trainer will be onsite. Our staff includes experienced youth coaches alongside current college players and recent high school graduates with playing and coaching experience.
