Legion Lacrosse will soon be offering athletic performance training that is focused on the specific attributes that all lacrosse players must possess including speed, acceleration, agility, balance, strength, and hand-eye coordination. Our trainers will design and execute personalized workout routines for each athlete that will guarantee results and increased performance on the field.
